View the property via the property listings links above.
We will send you a link to an application form for that property to complete and return to the property manager.
-
If your application is approved, one of the Property Managers will call you to offer you the property. If you accept, we will send you an offer letter and advise you on how to pay the deposit.
Once we receive your deposit, you will receive a confirmation email. We’ll then draw up and send out a Tenancy Agreement for you to sign and return.
Your Property Manager will then be in contact to arrange a suitable time to meet you at the property and sign you in.

Please let us know if you have any questions we may be able to help you with when completing your form as priority will probably be given to suitable applicants who can provide us with all the necessary information promptly.
